Umberto Asnago (1949). He attended the Istituto d'Arte and it is from there that he received his Diploma. He started working as a designer with Giorgetti S.p.A. in 1968 and subsequently he took over the responsibility of the Research Centre. During the 70's all the products manufactured by Giorgetti were designed by the Research Centre and they contributed to the success that the company has achieved throughout the world. In 1987 Umberto Asnago signed the Progetti" collection for Giorgetti, so obtaining international recognition from professionals, specialised press and the general public. The experience he has gained over the years, in the role of both designer and internal supervisor of the Research Centre, have made Umberto Asnago a person who is fully capable of facing, with great professionalism, the rapid evolutions that characterise our sector
