Laura Silvestrini was born in 1962. In 1988, she graduated magna cum laude from the University Institute of Architecture in Venice: her graduate thesis project on the Church of Santa Maria ad Nives was included in the Spazio Sacro" exhibition during the Venice Biennale" in 1993.
From 1988 to 1993, she worked for Romano Burelli's studio in Udine, Italy, on various projects, including national and international competitions.
From 1994 to 1998, she worked with Toni Follina on a hotel project in Odessa, on a multi-functional building in Oderzo, on the restoration of the Treviso Chamber of Commerce, and on the competition for the National Museum of South Korea.
She lives and works in Colle Umberto (Treviso), Italy, where she opened her studio in 1999.
